Meet Your Coach

Luis Viloria

I know what talent can achieve.
I also know what the right development can unlock.

I grew up in Venezuela, where sports became one of my greatest teachers.

As a young athlete, I represented Venezuela in competitive swimming and competed in both swimming and water polo in Venezuela and the United States.

Years later, education, leadership and communication would transform the direction of my own life.

The Journey

I understand the journey.

I grew up in a working-class neighborhood in Venezuela.

Sports taught me discipline, preparation, resilience and what it means to represent something bigger than yourself.

I began my university journey studying Physical Education before coming to the United States, earning a degree in International Business and later an MBA.

Education opened doors I could not have imagined as a young athlete in Venezuela.

But more importantly, it taught me something I still believe today:

Talent can take you a long way.
Development can take you further.

I spent my career scouting talent.

For more than 30 years, my work has revolved around people, leadership and potential.

I spent more than two decades as a technology executive, building businesses and leading teams throughout Latin America and the United States with companies including AST, Toshiba, Lexmark and Panasonic.

Later, I founded Search4Fit International, where my work evolved into executive recruiting, career strategy and coaching.

My job became finding exceptional people, understanding what made them different and helping companies recognize their potential.

In many ways, I became a scout.
Not a scout of baseball talent.
A scout of people, leadership and potential.

Voice of the Champ brings those worlds together.

For years, those seemed like different chapters of my life.

Today, I see the connection.

I spent much of my career identifying and developing talent.

Voice of the Champ allows me to bring that experience back to the world where my own journey began: Sports.

But this time, I'm scouting something different.

The voice behind the talent.

I created Voice of the Champ to help players develop the communication, presence and leadership skills that can serve them throughout their careers and long after the game is over.

Not to change who they are.
To help them become more confident expressing who they already are.

Experience

Experience matters. So does understanding.
